Selection is project-specific and based on technology know-how, lot sizes, material availability, quality level, target pricing, and lead times. ETS provides central program control and ensures all partners operate under defined processes. This also enables second sources and consistent quality across different scaling stages.
How is product scalability ensured?
Scalability is built in from the development stage. Manufacturing processes, materials, and tolerances are defined to remain transferable from small runs to large-scale production. Any ramp-up changes follow a clear change-control and approval process.
